SpyBrief monitors the competitors you specify — their website, pricing, advertising, reviews, job listings, and news coverage — and sends you a weekly intelligence brief by email. Starter monitors up to 3 competitors; Growth monitors up to 10 and adds Amazon storefront and LinkedIn job-listing monitoring; Pro monitors up to 25 and adds priority support and a quarterly human-reviewed competitive deep-dive.
New subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. Your card is charged $0 at signup. On day 14, your card is automatically charged the plan price ($49/month Starter, $99/month Growth, $229/month Pro) unless you've cancelled before then. Billing recurs monthly thereafter until you cancel. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
Cancel any time from your account portal — no phone call, no retention flow, effective immediately. If you cancel during your 14-day trial, you are never charged. If you cancel after your trial has converted to a paid subscription, you keep access through the end of your current billing period and are not charged again.
If you're charged and aren't satisfied, email hello@spybrief.com within 7 days of the charge for a full refund, no questions asked. This is separate from — and in addition to — the trial period itself.
